Vance Residence

Our construction manager received a call to complete a kitchen remodel, upon arrival he discovered that the home owners had a water issue in their kitchen the day before.  We were called into do the dry out on their kitchen as well.  After the dry out construction got back to work.  Mrs. Vance had been waiting on this kitchen for sometime.  Her home was very boxed in and the first thing she did was open it up.  We tore out a wall that separated her kitchen from her dinning room and also opened up the wall between the kitchen and the living room.  Mrs. Vance had always wanted an open kitchen to watch all of her family while she was cooking in the kitchen.  Now she has finally got closer to her dream kitchen. ( More photo's will follow as we complete the process.)
